Trina Rufo - Agent with Nationwide Real Estate Executives

Exceeding clients’ expectations every day

Born and raised in Long Beach , I have lived here all of my life, and more specifically in California Heights. Being a true native, it provides me with first hand knowledge of this wonderful city and all that it has to offer. My family owned Mario’s Pizza Deli on Orange and Wardlow from 1978 until my father retired over 20 years later.

I have a far reaching background in the mortgage lending industry that began in 1989. Making the decision to leave that side of the business behind 6 years ago, and solely pursue being a Realtor, has been most satisfying.

Being a Realtor means service, compassion and follow through on behalf of each of my special clients, without fail.

I take the years of knowledge from mortgage lending, with the passion I have to serve and help others, and have turned it into my life’s work.

Walking people through one of the three biggest decisions they could make in life outside of marriage and having children, is home ownership.

With the market having gone through one of the toughest times ever, most recently, it has finally started to rebound. I would be honored to walk with you, or someone you may know, through this journey.

In the summer of 2013 I had the good fortune of reconnecting with Trina at our 30 year high school reunion.  When my sister passed away in March 2014, Trina was one of the first people I called to assist me with my sister’s estate, and the only person I even considered when deciding on an agent to sell my sister’s house.  I live in Texas, and needed someone I could trust since I would be repairing and selling this house long-distance.  Trina went above and beyond her normal duties in recommending home repair contractors, a probate lawyer, and setting me up with her company’s real estate management division to manage my sister’s house while we got it ready to sell.  Due to probate delays, we did not get the house on the market until April 2015, and as I already knew would happen, she was able to bring in the right buyer and we closed on the sale in June 2015.  Her patience, enthusiasm, dedication, and can-do attitude made this tough time a lot easier for me.  I could not have asked for a better partner to sell my sister’s house and highly recommend Trina to anyone looking to sell their home.
